Schedule a Program

All presentations are scheduled through the Colorado Bar Association Public Education Office, which can be reached by calling (303) 860-1115, or by e-mail at ourcourts@cobar.org.

 
The Public Education Office will ask the requester for the following information:

1. Name of the entity to which the presentation will be made
2. Anticipated attendance
3. Time allotted to presentation
4. Date
5. Name and address of the presentation location
6. Audio-visual capabilities at meeting
7. Name, phone number, and e-mail address of the host entity’s contact person
8. Entity’s website address
9. How you learned about Our Courts

 
A speaker for your group will then be identified and scheduled.

You will then be contacted to confirm the particulars of the presentation.

We also like to learn as much as possible about our audiences before the presentation to tailor it to suit your demographics.

Please let us know:
1. How often your group meets
2. Description of the meeting place
3. Directions to meeting place
4. Group age range
5. Are the participants working or retired?
6. If working what is the nature of their work?
7. Legal issues of interest
